Speech Title: AI Agent-Driven Smart Urban Rail Transit Management: From Prediction to Decisions

Abstract: We introduce an AI agent-empowered smart operation framework for urban rail transit, integrating three core modules: a multi-source data-fused spatiotemporal LLM models for high-precision passenger flow forecasting, 2) a multi-agent reinforcement learning to realize data-driven dynamic timetable optimization for capacity-demand matching, and 3) an LLM-enabled mechanism for rapid coordinated emergency control. The framework effectively elevates operational efficiency and resilience of rail transit systems, using the real-world data and experiments in several urban rail transit systems.
